
Starting tomorrow set your alarm to wake you up at the crack of dawn. Don’t wait for Basic Training to get your body adjust to a new sleep pattern. Go to bed at the same time each night and wake up at the same time each morning. There will be enough pressure on you to perform during training, so don’t wait another day to program your body for sleep.
